Really hoping that someone on here can help me wrap my head around the mess left for me by the previous IT director. My company uses Boca printer and for some reason i'm getting delayed print or there not showing up in Tess and I'm at the end of my knowledge with trying to figure out what going on. Also tessitura does not recognize usb print HELP
I'd definitely recommend putting in a support ticket if you haven't already.
