Is there a way to print (not on a ticket stock) names of attendees and NSCAN barcodes associated with their tickets?

Yes, there is! We created a custom version of the Performance Seating Book report that essentially just adds a couple of additional columns to the output. Our box office and education teams use it for tracking things like some of our general admission, online and education class events where tickets are not necessary. The output looks much like the the normal Performance Seating Book output but with e-mail addresses and the ticket barcode.
We had to ask RAMP to enable a dynamic barcode tool for SSRS, but once that was done, it worked like a charm and was a relatively easy add. Let me know if you have any questions; happy to share.
