Security/Permissions: GL Accounts

I need to provide the ability for an employee to add GL acocunts in Tessitura. A previous employee had SysAdm priviledges but I'd prefer not assigning that level just for this. In Security, what is it I look for to provide the ability to create GL accounts for an employee?

    I believe they need access to the both the Campaigns Module and Cpgs GL Accounts

    The appropriate user group would need View rights to the "Campaigns Module" security object, and the object that then controls the ability to work with GL Accounts is named "Cpgs GL Accounts".  View rights to this object activates the GL Accounts tab in Campaigns/References, Add rights allows the group to add new GL accounts, Delete rights allows the group to delete GL accounts and Edit rights allows the group to edit existing GL account rows.
