We're new using NSCAN. Tessitura consulting help me set up PAHT in the fall for a General admission ticket design. Now we need an assigned seat ticket design. I think I'll set up the ticket pdf correctly and added to File Mover. What's the next step? I sent myself a TNEW confirmation email with Tickets>Unprinted checked within the ticket order. I only received the order confirmation email not the PAHT email. What am I missing? Of course, this is for a show tomorrow so I need to get this working ASAP. Thanks for any advice!

Have you checked to make sure that the correct ticket design was associated with the price types for the event.?
That was going to be my first suggestion along with checking your delivery method is correct for print at home.
I did not select PAH delivery method!
At least that is an easy fix :)
