Our Marketing department is exploring the HubSpot platform and the SLSO IT department wants to know if any other Tessitura clients are using it so we can possibly pick their brains. Anyone using it?

I too would be interested to see if anyone is using this platform (or any other website live chat platforms) and have integrated them into Tessitura somehow.
We are looking to implement Chat on our website that converts chat messages into emails after hours. Integrating them into Tessitura sounds great too!

My marketing team informed me around mid-May that they have switched gears and are no longer exploring HubSpot. I do hope this post provides a space for the rest of you all who are going down that track to share information.
