Does anyone have any other methods for importing NCOA data and updating constituent records? We receive COA data from a mail house after mass mailings, but it's not near the required format for the OOB NCOA update utility. I'm trying to "Frankenstein" a document together that will work for the import, but it's a lot of work and would be too much hassle every time we need to do this.
Any help would be appreciated!

I used to run a python script on our received files before importing, but eventually just got Zeta to give us the files in a format I could use. Do you have all the data you need and just need to shuffle columns around or is there more to it than that?
Michael,
I have a series of scripts that I use for our own NCOA import. Happy to share it with you. FYI, for our process, we take existing addresses and save them as an NCOA Inactive address type rather than over-writing them. But I will send what we use to your e-mail there in case you want to use anything there. (Obviously test first, etc...).
John
It appears we have all the data needed and just requires extensive shuffling. I've yet to run a test on it, though I'm close to that step. Figured I'd jump in here to see if anyone else had some ideas.
I didn't think to just go ask the NCOA vendor; however, we use Experian, not Zeta. I wonder if Experian would be willing to do the same?
Thanks for your input!
That's awesome, John! Yes, of course there will be extensive testing before deploying in Live. Thank you!
Same for SLSO! I will send them to you tomorrow Michael if you are interested. Our vender is Peachtree, but the way.

Ashley,
I did not see your reply here, sorry for not getting back to you! John's scripts appear to be working for us, but I'd still be interested in seeing what you've come up with. Are you still willing to share?
Thanks,
Michael
Absolutely! I will get it over to you this afternoon.
Ugh! I got WAYYY busy and forgot on Monday but I will shoot for today.
Sorry!
Not a worry at all! Take your time. I appreciate you sharing your solution.
SENT (finally). Hope it helps!
Thank you!
