Citrix Receiver displaying Tessitura as black screen on MacBook

Hi all,

This afternoon, Tessitura is displaying as a large black box following launch from the shopfront. It was fine this morning, and colleagues who use other devices to access are not having any issues. I'm wondering if other MacBook users are experiencing the same? (And what, if anything, you've been able to do to overcome it!)

**Edited to add that it seems to be the login screen rather than Tessitura that is the black box

  • Hi Naomi,

    I've seen this a few times before (not on MacBook, but same thing). From memory, it was to do with Citrix cache trying to connect to an old Tessitura session after Tessitura had closed unexpectedly. Try logging completely out of Citrix and clearing your cache. That normally fixes it, but if it doesn't or if it keeps happening, open a support ticket and they'll be happy to help clear some settings.
