I was wondering if anyone knows how the eaddress_no in T_orders is populated? We are having some issues with our Print at home tickets which appears to be tie back to email addresses being associated with an order and although we have a workaround I am now trying to figure out what determines if this column is populated and by which email on the customers account.

Hi Kerry,
It can be populated a couple of ways:
Automatically, via an order through the API from your website - The eaddress_no in T_Orders is populated with the ID of the email address tied to the login used to complete the order online.
It can also be populated manually from the Tessitura application order screen at the time an order is made via phone or box office.
