Error while generating counts

Hello There,

When I try to generate counts from the Extraction Manager in our Test Database(No error occurred in our Production database.), I got the following error message.

"Error occurred when generating keycodes for customers"

I followed the instruction from the Knowledgebase article on a similar issue

But Still got the same error...

Any suggestions?
