Has anyone ever successfully imported an NCOA file from Experian? We can't seem to get the file into the right format and would like to talk with someone who has done this successfully and how it was done.

Hi Phillip, I would recommend going ahead and opening a support ticket for this. While Experian is not our preferred provider we have made it work in the past. If Zeta Interactive is not used as the vendor, the data file received from the vendor will likely need to be manually formatted. The specs for the import file can be found under the Preparing the Import Data File heading on this page: Import Mode

Even though Experian is noted as a provider for NCOA on the Services Partnership page, Zeta Interactive is the preferred provider.
