We are getting ready to start using Tessitura Interests now that we are working on a Wordfly Integration. During our first implementation (ticketing only) interests were added but never used. I checked the table, TX_CUST_TKW and it doesn't look like there is any data in there.
I want to connect newsletter interests with interests in Tessitura but also clean up bad/ not relevant data in the TR_TKW table. This table doesn't seem to have an inactive column. Can you just delete rows from this table and have it be okay? I would remove everything except what seems to be out of the box and needed for Analytics to work correctly.
What am I missing by moving forward with this plan?
