credit card deletion utility parameters

Hello everyone!

I'm running this utility for the first time (and am very nervous!) as it is recommended to run before regenerating the database encryption key (which I need to do within the next few days).  I'm just hoping that someone could check my parameters to make sure they are mostly okay!!  We do not have tokenization setup yet so I have that set to know, so I am really just doing this to delete inactive CCs.  Based on what I've read in the documentation, the way I have it setup now, I will just be deleting credit cards that have NOT been used since 10/1/19 or earlier and will keep the credit card server log so that we are still able to do refunds via the refund button.
