Does anyone who has PAHT installed and is using Access Control/NScan have a procedure in place to cover themselves if scanning were to fail for any reason? If so would you be willing to share it?
As there is more chance of PAHT tickets being re-printed fraudulently, we are looking into the possible risks we might encounter if we can't scan PAHT tickets for some reason and we won't have access to the "Ticket already scanned", "Ticket No does not exist", "Superceeded by Reprint" etc error messages. (especially with high profile events where we have G/A admission standing areas where double booking would not be as obvious as in seated areas). Or does this not pose an issue at your venue?
