1) Is is possible to export these letters into PDF? My coworkers feel that our constituency would greatly benefit from a USPS mailed letter.
2) Is there an itemized version? Has anyone created an itemized version?
3) How are others accounting for donated tickets?

1)The PDF is creating based on the email content - so it's generated at the time of deployment. BUT you could send the emails to a generic inbox (one recommended practice is to CC or BCC your own company inbox) and print it if someone wants a physical version in addition to their digital version.
2) We don't have a standard itemized version.
3) As far as donated tickets, some organizations turn them into contributions and some just give the customer a receipt for the donation.
I think questions 2 & 3 are more for the Forums, so I will let them weigh in.
