One of our employee's reminders is not showing up on his reminder screen. Did we miss something in his profile set up in the security?

Jenny here from the Support Team. I just wanted to reach out here on the forums. We worked through this together in a Support Ticket. For anyone following along, the user's Worker ID was not set in Security. You can find more information here in the documentation on how to set that up.
