Other Return Request Uses?

The Austin Symphony Orchestra has a couple of Pops concerts every year and a couple of our sub-packages include vouchers that can be redeemed for those concerts. Pre-pandemic, the box office would send out physical reservation forms in the mail for patrons to send their vouchers back to us to redeem and then we seat them on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Now that we have the pandemic challenges, we did not send any physical tickets and we are hoping to avoid sending physical mail, especially mail that would come back to us such as these reservation forms. The box office team thought that we could use the new Return Request feature to make these reservations this year instead. I originally started with very reservation specific language and options, but quickly realized that when we want or need to use this feature for it's intended purpose, we'd have the wrong language and options set up. I've currently got a draft set-up of sorts in our Test environment to have the options reflect typical return options and using the Field Text in the Component Editor to clarify what the Exchange or On Account options would mean for Pops reservations.

I am wondering if any other team or organization has found different uses for the Return Request feature! What the ASO would so love from this feature is if in addition to being able to turn on and off which return options are available for different products is also to be able to make different labels for the return option buttons and different field text under the return options for different products so that this feature could be used even more widely.
