Hello Everyone!
We wanted to give folks a quick heads up that over the next week we are going to be updating a setting for users using Hosting Services (RAMP) around loading browser windows from the Tessitura application like the help system, chat, and other items that load an external browser window. The browser windows load using the end user’s default browser on their local computer (Chrome, Firefox, etc) rather than the default browser in the hosting environment.
This will enable the help system and other web based windows easier to use. This will not affect embedded browser windows like browser based constituent custom screens. We will be rolling this change out over the next week. If you have any questions please contact us via a Support Ticket.
