Just installed v15.1.14 into our Dev environment. After the update our Analytics page is completely blank. Not sure if this is release related or something else. Has anyone ever come across a blank page for Analytics (no dashboard at all)?
Thanks for the quick reply. Will give it a go. Simple enough.
Same here for the 15.1.13 upgrade. I submitted a ticket, sweated for a day or two, and then felt like an idiot when I figured it out. I did grouse in the ticket before closing it that the upgrade documentation, though it insists that you have to run every step, does not mention that your data store will be purged. For me, the end of an upgrade is late at night, and I am clinging to that documentation like a lifeline.
We got caught by this early on. Now we don't think about it, because we've made customizations in Analytics that require that we re-apply them with every upgrade. Note that these were "supported" customizations. In other words, customizations that we were supposed to be able to make without impacting anything. It doesn't impact anything operationally and the load routines are built to accommodate them, but the install process for an upgrade wipes out what the load routines require to complete successfully. My Analytics technician can provide more accurate details if anyone is interested.
So I ran 2 full loads of analytics and unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. In addition, we are having the same blank display issue in List Manager, either trying to create a new one or getting to the criteria screen of an existing list.
Have you resolved your blank list manager issue? We are experiencing the same thing. I have a TASK ticket open but wondering if you already came up with a solution.ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera
I wonder if it's a services permissions issue?
A services permissions issue makes sense, since these are both REST web areas within the client, but they are served up by 2 completely separate servers.
No still an issue. I also opened a ticket with support. I have re-installed a couple times without any luck. Will keep you posted on our progress.
I verified the database services account has the correct permission. Also checked the analytics account as well. Going to keep at it.
This is resolved for us now. We were using a domain cert for our Dev environment. Starting with SP13, there was an update to the Chrome code within Tess that won't use Sha1 anymore. We had to update the cert for both Rest and Analytics to use Sha256. After an IIS reset to both, List Manager and Analytics are both working. Thanks Patrick for the assist!
So many moving parts to everything these days.
