**we are self-hosted**
My coworker brought this to my attention and I don't know enough about plans to troubleshoot it. We have a household record that shows two plans. One for the HH and one for an Individual in the household. The plan for that individual does not belong to him (I don't know if this matters but that individual is a staff member here at SLSO). When you click into the plan you can see that the owner is someone else in a different household. Also of interest is that the plan record is highlighted in green, something we see for soft credits in contributions. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be any link between these 2 accounts (such as Relationships or Workers. The plan shows on my coworkers record and on the owners record.
Has anyone ever seen this before? Can someone help us understand this and advise on fixing it? If we delete the plan, will it delete from the true owners record as well??

Hi Ashley! This is the normal behavior when you use the Associate ID field on a plan step. In this case, the SLSO staff member's constituent ID must have been added in the Associate ID field of a step in the plan. The step documentation provides this definition and example: "This field can be used to associate the step with another constituent. When a step is associated with a constituent, the step and the plan to which it belongs are displayed on that constituent's record. For example, if you have a plan on a corporate account and add a step to take the CEO to lunch, you can associate the step with the CEO so that it shows on his record." The green highlighting is also intentional; this behavior is meant to feel like you are "soft crediting" the plan to the associate.
