What is the best approach to add a new salutation in bulk? It is a formal salutation that doesn't exist for most constituents .

Hi Sabina,
While there there is currently no standard functionality to create salutations in bulk, it is certainly possible to do so via SSMS. Of course, we would recommend doing so in Test first. If you'd like to see this feature added to the software in the future, we can certainly add this as an enhancement request.
In the meantime, if you'd be interested in pursuing a custom utility to do this, I can put you in contact with our Consulting team to look into this with you. Alternatively, you may post in the Shared Reports forum https://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/Support/Resources/Shared-Reports to see if another member of the community may already have an offering that they are willing to share with you.
