For the contactless scanning, when I open up “tickets” tap I’m getting an error message that “unfortunately, N-Scan contactless has stopped” but I can open up settings, the server is connected etc. there was no error message. The only message the popped up was “unfortunately, N-Scan contactless has stopped” and contactless scanning software crashed.
When we tried it in 2 devices, Nscan2 is having no issues with contactless scanning software
But for nscan11 is keep crashing when we try to scan the ticket in contactless scanning with the message “unfortunately, N-Scan contactless has stopped” . Both devices are connected to servers, pulling up the correct performance IDs. The only difference is NSCAN2 is having nscan 6.0.5 version and NSCAN11 is having NSCAN 6.0.9 version.
Do you think versions of NSCAN and contactless NSCAN can cause issues?

We have similar issue with our mc40. What model and Android version is the nscan2?

Looks like the mc40 require the newer version of the Android OS (5.1). Upgraded from 4.1.1 to 5.1 and doesn't crash anymore.

Prior to installing N-Scan Contactless, all devices should be updated to the latest version of Android supported by the device. If you have already installed the contactless app, go ahead and update the OS as a next step.
