Transcend 2.0

Greetings!

Has anyone applied the new 2.0 release of Transcend yet?

Thanks!

  • Hi,

We have been on version 2 beta for a few months now.  We will be upgraded it to the release version soon.

  • I think we're on TranScend version 2.0...I know that sounds funny but I'm not really sure. I'm still pretty new around here! :  )

     Here is our product info:

    Version Information:
        Product Version: 2, 0, 2008, 10530
           Company Name: Intrix Technology, Inc.
           Product Name: Intrix TPAClient
         Copyright Info: Copyright (C) 2007
     Private Build Info: 2009/05/05

Looks like version 2.0 to me, but the build date and the copyright info are awfully old. Does the refer to the initial software release? Also, we installed this software in the Fall, and I'm inferring from your post that the version you are talking about was newly released...

If this is indeed the version of software you are talking about, everything is running fine...

Our version of Transcend shows the same as below….Version 2.0.  This was a new installation for us in September, so we did not “upgrade” to this version.  We have had no problems with it.

  • Thanks everone.  Britt & Penny, I don't think you're on version 2.  I have version 2 in TEST and version 1 in PRODUCTION, and they both have a version of 2, 0, 2008 10530 from the 'About Transcend' screen in the client.  The only difference is the v1 has a "private build date" of 9/5/2009 and the v2 has a "private build date" of 2/22/2010.  That may be enough of an indicator, but to double check you can also launch the server update utility and click on the 'Installed Updates Report' button.  On my TEST report, it says the Release is 2x_2010_04_29_15_24.

  • Thanks Nancy! How did you hear about the latest version of TranScend? Is there an enhancement list you can point me to?

  • I got a call from Intrix Support about it.  They know I’ve had challenges with Transcend in the past so they wanted to give me a heads up.  Just call over, Scott Baney is the only who I usually work with and he’s helpful.

  • John,

There is a list of items that have to be changed in Tessitura.  I will put it on my to do list unless you feel more comfortable with the information you receive from other network members.

    Hello,

We currently use Transcend 2.x and we need to change our mercahnt numbers or possibly our processor.  is there anything that needs to be done in Tessitura or is it all done in Transcend?

    Thanks
