We will be deploying ipp350 devices (Payment Express) at our various Box office locations in the next month or so. A few of our box office locations are not on our main campus network and run Tessitura via a Terminal Server 2016 session. I'm curious to hear from others that are using the ipp350 devices in this manner. What extra steps had to be taken to get them to work correctly on TS? We haven't received the ipp350 devices yet but I do have one in house that I can test with.
Anyone running EMV credit card terminals with Terminal Services? I have not been successful yet to get this working. Wondering if any of the organizations that have deployed Tessitura using Terminal Services has tried to get this working. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
