I'm assuming this will need to be a custom report, but it never hurt to ask.
The box office would like a list of patrons who have just attended their first ever performance. This would only include single ticket buyers and the report would be run immediately after the performance weekend so that a follow-up phone call can be made to the patron.
Is there an existing report that would do such a thing? I'm planning on putting something together based on ticket history, but I'm still not sure what parameters I might use.
This would be very easy to do in Extraction Manager, save to a list then export via any number of standard reports or output set builder.

Thanks Dale! An extraction is definitely the way to go with this one. I'd been spending too much time with stored procedures and Infomaker lately. Everything was starting to look like a report.
I'm looking for the exact same information, but don't know how to set up the extraction and what parameters to use. Do you mind sharing what you did?
