Hello all -
When the pandemic shut our theatre down, we were in the middle of subscription renewals for next season. As such, about half of our subscriber base is already renewed. However, we've recently created and applied our new socially distant seating map (via a new hold code that blacks the seat out applied to all performances) and i'm having some trouble with inventory reporting. On the top is what our actual capacity will be due to social distancing. On the bottom is a show we've already half sold via subscriptions. As you can see, the "capacity" is not right as the sold/reserved seats are counted even though many are now in what will be blacked out seats.
My question is this: How can i count the hold codes BEHIND reserved seats so that i can add an additional column to my existing report to get the capacity of the non-blacked out seats? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!
RJ
Hi Richard, Analytics will show you the holds behind the reserved seats (as of 15.1 something). That should work the same for black outs.
