We have one report in Tess On The Go that gives me "An error occurred while processing your request" when it should be showing me the parameters. The report works fine in the client and I can't see anything about it that's different than any other reports that are working in Tess On The Go.
Any thoughts?

I cannot say our organization has done that much with TOTG, but I did get some odd errors like that on TOTG when we were in a previous version of Tessitura when the report had a datetime parameter. We are Versions 15.1 now, I cannot remember when the issue went away exactly. If it is not that, then I defer to someone else. Best of luck!

Thanks, John! We are on v15.1, too. We're also not super TOTG users so to be honest I don't know if this is a new issue or if this report has always been like this (the report is around 3.5 years old). I can try playing around with datetime parameters and see if I come up with anything. Thanks again!
