We are looking for documentation that we can send our patrons on how to login into their account to renew their subscription and to look at their account in general.
I looked into pulling a list then a custom output set that had their Login information. The question now is, if they have multiple emails (the primary email and the Login email) under one account and the Login has both emails...what login do we tell our patron/s to use? See below picture for an example.
Does anyone have a "How To/FAQ" document they are willing to share with us that they send to their patrons on how to login to their account? Thank you for your help and support. We greatly appreciate it.
