Hi - We have an in-house call center and are looking to update our phone system. Does anyone use a system they find particularly good for ACD (automated call distribution)? Eventually, we'd love to find something that integrates with Tessitura (preferably not Shoretel), but any sort of recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Our call center is also in-house and we use Mitel for our phone system (call center as well as the whole organization). We also use Encore from DVS Analytics for handing our PCI requirements for the call center. We have had our phone system going on 6 years and have been very pleased with it.
