Gift Certificate Listing & Output Sets

Tessitura gurus...I need you!

We now have tons of gift certificates in our system and I ran a Gift Certificate Listing and saved it as a List. Then I went into Extraction Manager and suppressed my season ticket holders. I want to now export that list as an Excel file with all the balance information etc on it. I can't find an output set that works. I tried building one and I almost threw my computer out the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure it's something obvious.

    Hi Jason,
     
    From the report you can Save to File.  If you save as a csv it will give you all the order information including paid amount and Balance. Hope that helps.
