Tessitura gurus...I need you!
We now have tons of gift certificates in our system and I ran a Gift Certificate Listing and saved it as a List. Then I went into Extraction Manager and suppressed my season ticket holders. I want to now export that list as an Excel file with all the balance information etc on it. I can't find an output set that works. I tried building one and I almost threw my computer out the window. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure it's something obvious.

Can you just save the report as a csv file? That should give you the amounts of the gift certificates.
