We are looking to have timed entry to our venue. Do any of you use a system for text alerts that let guests know their entry time is approaching?

While this is something that is not currently available natively within the Tessitura application, we have some ecosystem options available to do on premise notifications. Prospect2 does include text messaging at this time. I see you have WordFly which only has SMS in the UK region right now, but it is on their roadmap to add SMS for North America as well. You may want to check in with them to see what that timeline looks like for them. We also have several partners that do push-notifications via a mobile app.
The product team has heard of the desire to do more on-premise notification due to the changes with the COVID19 world, and its something on our radar to explore possibilities and partnerships to meet this need.
There are also organizations that I know have worked with vendors outside our ecosystem that may chime in here as well!

I would also be interested if anyone uses text notifications for Valet. Currently when the performance ends everyone exits at the same time to get their vehicle. If we could send a text or have a device buzz, similar to what restaurants have for when a table is ready, it would allow others to wait out the exiting crowd or stand in the crowded doorway looking for their car.
Also, is anyone doing a tiered exit time or exit by level?
