Apologies for the duplicate post - I did post this on Ticketing forum, too. Please advise if you know something.
All of a sudden our patrons are unable to complete purchases through our website and receive the below error. We have confirmed with our developer that this is on the Tessitura side. The only recent changes within Tessie have been minor ticketing fee edits. As we look into all API relating tables and stored procs, does anyone know what the syntax should be or why out of nowhere we would receive this error?
