Hello!
Subject explains it. No one at our organization is particularly well versed in SQL. We'd like to remove email addresses from our pop-up and flex headers and add in phone numbers instead. Everything we try just ends with an error. Does anyone have a quick formula or easy way to implement this change?

I thought I might point out in this tread something that might not be well known and I say this because we recently discovered some of our users did not know this. While in an order a user can find phone numbers and emails easily by clicking on the button of the Alt Address field. This will open a window where phone numbers are shown with the address under the Postal Address tab and the Electronic Address tab will show emails. Using this feature might save some space in the header for other things that are not easily accessible in the order screen. The best part is they can be edited right there as well if edit has been turned on in security.
