My organization is looking to postpone our full 2020/21 season an entire calendar year. This has brought up a number of big questions, particularly because we are 4+ months into our subscription sale campaign. I have been with the organization for 1+ years, and have only completed one season build/rollover to date and would not consider myself well-versed on the process.
We have a combination of fixed, and flex packages, as well as assigned and general admission seating depending on concert and venue. I am largely concerned about our main venue with fixed seating packages.
If anyone has an insight or advice, on the questions below I would be grateful:
In the end, this is going to get extremely messy and I am worried about the impact this will have on the season in question as well as future seasons.
