My company had a big fat fail when integrating from RE to Tess and there are a LOT of records that are inactive that need a cumulative giving contribution added. Is there ANY way to easily do this...or any way to take a list of IDs and reactivate them?

Hi Jennifer - I think that's a pretty straightforward SQL query to update the inactive field in T_CUSTOMER joined with T_LIST_CONTENTS. There's no re-activate utility that I'm aware of. If you don't have someone on your staff with SQL access then yes, help ticket would be your next step.
