Out-of-the-box way to get zone times into a TNEW order confirmation?

I am working on setting up timed admissions for our eventual reopen and I'd like to get the zone time on the email confirmation rather than the perf time (which is just end of the day). Am I correct in that HTML templates are NOT yet usable by TNEW? Is there an out-of-the-box way to get the zone onto the existing order confirmation that TNEW uses? Or would anyone be willing to share how they set it up. Our board cut my entire Tessitura consulting budget when we closed, so that isn't an option at the moment.

    Hi Anne

    At the National Gallery in London we've just used Tessitura consultancy to do exactly this.   It was more complex than they thought, but now they've sorted out how to get the zone showing, I'd hope it would be an easy job for them to put the same change in place for your order confirmations.
