I am working on setting up timed admissions for our eventual reopen and I'd like to get the zone time on the email confirmation rather than the perf time (which is just end of the day). Am I correct in that HTML templates are NOT yet usable by TNEW? Is there an out-of-the-box way to get the zone onto the existing order confirmation that TNEW uses? Or would anyone be willing to share how they set it up. Our board cut my entire Tessitura consulting budget when we closed, so that isn't an option at the moment.

Hi Anne - Hope you are well! We are just in the process of upgrading to V7 & as a museum I understand your dilemma here! From my understanding the only way to get the zone to appear on the email confirmation is to uncheck the GA best seating map from the facility with the zones in it. There's a catch though - once you do this you'll have all the seat numbers etc appearing on your purchase path in TNEW. I really wish there was a way to have zone show with best seating of GA still ticked for our purposes as well - if anyone else knows a way I'd love to hear too!
Thanks, Jo. I think that would be even more confusing since seats and rows don't apply to museum admission. I'm hoping that with the eventual release of V16 TNEW will be able to use the HTML templates and that will solve the problem.
