Hi all,
I have a new user using a Mac computer and Chrome, and we are running into issues getting them logged into Tessitura for the first time. They successfully log into RAMP, but once they load the application, there is a certificate error that reads:
"You have not chosen to trust "DigiCert Global Root CA," the issuer of the server's security certificate."
Has anyone seen this error, and how did you fix it?
