Does anyone know how to do that?
Iv'e tried tabbing from the dropdown but it skips the checkbox straight to the notes section...
I was able to tab from the action dropdown to the 'closed' check box and used spacebar to tick the checkbox
how weird, that didn't work before I swear.... anyway thank you , that solved now I can save from that popup but then I can't exit the CSI box itself. I get the 'invalid command' chime... any further thoughts?
How strange that after you close the action box it thinks that you are back in the constituent window rather than the CSI window.
There might be a better way but you can use ctrl+tab then ctrl+shift+tab to switch back to the CSI window.
Oh Thanks that can work.... ok last one (...ok this is two) If I'm in the constituent window can you jump from one tab to the another somehow (General, Names, Contact details etc etc) ideally Connections-> General then send email....from the Other section
Sure can. ctrl+e for general tab. ctrl+o for connections
If you Go To>Constituents>Tabpages it lists out all the shortcuts for those tabs.

You can also open the shortcuts help system if you click on the question mark help icon in Tessitura
