Just wondering if this is expected or if there's a solution.
When we use the Print Details button on a batch and try to save as a CSV or Excel file, those files contain nothing but a single letter. When we save as a PDF, it looks fine. Is it just that the data can't be converted to those file types?
This happens for both ticketing uncontrolled and controlled contribution batches.
