Multiple Citrix Accounts Simultaneously

Hello,

We access Tessitura through RAMP via a Citrix account. A new org we are bringing on has asked if it's possible to be connected to multiple Citrix Accounts simultaneously? It seems their accounting software is accessed remotely also through Citrix. 

Has anyone encountered this before? I can reach out to Citrix customer support but thought I'd throw it out here first.
