Has anyone explored using Windows Virtual Desktop as a remote and/or disaster recovery solution? If so, have you found it successful with a self-hosted instance of Tessitura? I would love to hear from you! Feel free to reply to this post or reach out to me directly at enash@2st.com.

We are self hosted (our Tessitura stack runs in AWS) and all access to Tessitura is via the web. Our box office / call center staff utilize VDI's (VMWare Horizon View) which is also accessable via the web. Having our box office / call center staff running on VDI's definitely has its benefits as its the same desktop anywhere they go (same as Scott). If you have any questions let me know.
