We are migrating to Worldpay hosted payments for TNEW and I'm interested to see how other organizations have implemented this with Guest Checkout. If you've already completed this, please share the URL of your website as I'd love to see some examples of how others have done it. Thanks!
Hi Dan, Jessica here from the Tessitura Support Escalation Team. We have several organizations using both hosted payments and Guest Checkout together and there are no issues we've seen. Guest checkout in both v6 and v7 created a new account record and retrieves all the information needed to complete the transaction, the biggest difference between guest checkout and regular checkout is that there is no login information. I know Ford's Theatre (https://fords.org) is using both Worldpay hosted with Guest Checkout. There are some others that are currently working on their v7 upgrade.
