Hi everyone,
Please help, I seem to be having problems with the 'Adjust' button in the Contribution Editor. Has anyone else come across this? I recently had two Development Batches (Controlled & Uncontrolled) set up for me and I'm not having any problems with inputting donations however am having problems adjusting donations in both type of batches.
There is a 'Development - Adjustment' payment method newly set up in in the Campaign References area and I don't know whether these two are tied. I can actually select this as a payment method (so it isn't a security issue)however when it comes to hitting the 'Adjust' button nothing happens (the bottom left of the screen says 'Please Wait...' but then it freezes). All the tick boxes that need to be ticked are ticked in the Campaign References area so not sure what else I should be doing.
Perhaps something else needs to be set up in the system tables?
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Hi Katherine,
I've had this same issue myself today and ran a trace and discovered that the following criteria are checked at this screen:
1. Check if the contribution was done as a ticket order.
2. Check that the t_contribution.cancel column is not Y.
3. Check the fund edit flag is Y.
In my case the contribution was done online and all online contributions on our site are put through as a ticket order in Tessitura so I think this is why nothing happens when I click the adjust button.
