HiI am trying to grant a group view only access to Fees and Packages (in Ticketing setup). I have both objects (Tkt Setup Fees (Menu Item ID 118) and Tkt Setup Packages (Menu Item ID 116)) set the same way:
but in Tessitura the Add and Delete buttons are active.
Is there another security object that controls adding, editing and deleting?

Check the docs: sometimes the tab security is just view/not view and the security on the items in the tab is elsewhere. Other times the detailed control is simply not available.
The Fees screen on the Ticketing Setup window. Only View rights are used.
So, no control on that:
There also doesn't appear to be more granular control on the Perf Groups and Packages either.
