Does anyone have a script for a local procedure that can bulk add or edit interests?

Can you give a little more background on what you are trying to accomplish? Is it as simple as "we created this new interest and need it applied to this list of patrons", or is there is more to it?
I have a script that we use to insert new attributes and/or interests onto new accounts on a nightly basis that sounds like it could be modified to fit your needs.

Yes. Our communications team did a social media giveaway and we had nearly 3,000 select "sign me up for emails" as part of this facebook survey. I would like to bulk add an interest to all of their records. I have them all saved as a list and the interest already exists.
