Anyone out there use Event Bookings/VenueOps with Tessitura? We currently have Concentrics and are looking at other venue management systems that integrate with Tessitura. Our team is interested in Event Bookings and would love to pick someone's brain that's already using it.

We currently use VenueOps and our Production department seems to really like it. As of this moment though there is zero integration or information that passes back and forth between the two systems. I know they are working on some form of integration and have a REALLY basic (like, REALLY basic) integration right now, but we have not really gone any further down the road there. For our purposes, though, thus far there are not that many staff who really need to do a lot of work in both systems, nor is there a ton of information that really needs to be duplicated in both systems, so this has not been a huge hindrance to our usage. That said, your needs might be different.
