How might it be possible for a comp seat to end up seated unpaid? We've got a handful of comped seats coming up as unpaid (seat status 7, sli_status 2). It looks like the slis for some reason come up with a due amount null instead of zero. Has anyone seen that before or have an idea what causes it? These were rolled over orders that have since been paid containing both paid and comp seats.
Amanda, these were most likely rollover orders where the price type did not have a mapping for the target performance. I would try dropping and recreating the lineitem to see if you are able to reapply the seats. If you are unable to do so using the same price type, check the performance setup.
Feel free to open a support ticket and we would be glad to troubleshoot this some more with you!

Thanks. We were able to get the seats to come up as zero due/ paid by unseating and reseating the sublineitems. Mainly I wanted to avoid causing it again in the future...
This was simply because when the rollover happened, there was no pricemap associated to the performance for the price type. Hope that helps!
