I was wondering if it's possible to print a special sponsor message on a ticket correlating to a Price Zone?

Yes: not necessarily prettily: you would basically stack a lot of elements with an "if price zone = XXXX" reveal code set.
If you have DBA or consulting access. You may also be able to do this with custom design elements if you have not used all of them already.
That is where my brain was going, too. Especially since you could potentially tie it to a local table. Specify which venue and price zone, then type the message. That would allow you to change the message with relative ease without going into the ticket design set-up or local procedure each time.
And even if you have, user-defined elements can be specific to a design type (header/ticket/receipt) and to a specific design, so you can create a design that only that performance uses and embed logic that behaves differently just for that show.
