RAMP Staff Token Agreement

By taking receipt of my assigned Tessitura one-time token and signing this agreement, I understand the following: 

• This token is required to protect sensitive financial information, and as such, is assigned for my use only and may not be shared with any other employees or outside parties. 
• This token is required for access to Tessitura and must be physically present in order to log in. 
• I am responsible for keeping this token safe and secure. If the token is lost or irreparably damaged, I am responsible for submitting $85 to Signature Theatre to procure a new token. 

• I will maintain possession of this token as long as it is required to perform my duties for Signature Theatre. If those duties are no longer required, or upon my separation from Signature Theatre, I will return the token to Signature Theatre.
